krishna bhat

architect, computational designer and sound artist — UK / INDIA

Krishna Bhat is an architect, computational designer and sound artist based in London. Expert in parametric modelling, real-time game engines, his practice bridges generative design, digital fabrication, and performance-driven thinking, designing systems as responsive to material reality as they are to data. He holds a Master’s in Emergent Technologies and Design from the Architectural Association, where he currently teaches, and has also taught at IAAC’s MaCAD programme, Simply Rhino UK, and Foster + Partners. Using computation and modular analogue synthesisers, he explores new ways of generating nature-inspired sound, extending the Indian classical raga into electronic music. At msj, he is an active member and supports artists in residence as a creative producer.
